GET READY TO RIDE

ALL LEVELS WELCOME.

At SPIN NORTH we pride ourselves on bringing a class that is accessible for everyone, yes all levels, EVERY ride! Our teachers will help you get set up on your bike so you’re comfortable and properly positioned for your ride.

BEFORE YOU RIDE.

Be sure to bring water and a sweat towel. Please leave your cellphone in the main area and turn all smart watches to Do Not Disturb. The 45 minute ride is for you ONLY.

CLIP IN. (IF YOU LIKE)

Our SPINNING and SCHWINN brand bikes are equipped for both regular indoor sneakers or SPD Shimano 2 screw spin shoes, the choice is yours.

CANCELLATION & PURCHASE POLICY.

Please note there is a 6 hour cancellation policy on all of our classes. Our success depends on each bike being utilized. A $8 fee will be charged to your account if a late cancellation or no show occurs. All purchases and passes are non refundable.

WAITLIST.

Class booked? Be sure to jump on the waitlist! You will be notified by email if you’ve been placed in the class. If you’re on the waitlist and can’t make it be sure to remove yourself to another rider can potentially get into class.

TIMING IS EVERYTHING.

Arrive on time! Please arrive 5+ minutes before class to have time to set up your bike and be ready to ride! Please note, studio doors will open 15 minutes before and after each class to ensure time to clean and sanitize bikes and weights between classes. The doors will be locked once class starts, late comers will not be permitted.
